What is a 53-man roster? +
Each NFL team carries a 53-player active roster after the cutdown deadline. The tracker separates those players from the practice squad and reserve lists.
Do you include the practice squad and emergency QB? +
Yes. You can enable a 16-player practice squad and a third emergency quarterback in addition to the 53 active roster spots.
Where does the player data come from? +
The 2026 post-cutdown player pool comes from ESPN's public NFL roster data. It is now cached for the remainder of the season instead of being refreshed throughout every day.
